| GENERAL INFORMATIONS
1. These terms govern all bookings made with Italylastminute.Com
registered in Italy, Vat registration number 08186621002, whose registered
office is in Via ponzano romano 10, 00189 Rome - Italy, e-mail:
info@italylastminute.com. You accept these booking terms
on behalf of all members of your party.
2. All the reservation, between you and Italylastminute.Com, will be concluded when this last one will have sended you the booking confirmation (Voucher), through e-mail, to exhibit to the reception of the hotel at the arrival.
3. Italylastminute.com never charges your credit card for your reservations! Your Credit card details are requested only to guarantee the reservation. Any balance is to be settled at the hotel reception.Your credit card will be send to the hotels only in case of late cancellation or no-show.
4. Where Italylastminute.Com are unable to confirm the initial
requested accommodation an alternative may be provided and
an email notification will be sent to inform you of the details.
The reservation will be held for 12 hours.
5. You must make payment for extras (such as incidental
charges, meals, meal supplements, mini-bar, dry cleaning
and laundry) prior to your departure from the hotel.
6. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All
bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned
or otherwise transferred. Italylastminute.Com reserves the
right to take any necessary action against anyone who submits
false information or bookings made with malicious intent.
7. We advise you to read our privacy statement on personal
data handling in accordance with article 10 of law no. 675/1996
in the relevant section of our web site and site terms,
which are incorporated in these terms.
8. Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your
party are your responsibility. Italylastminute.Com shall
not be liable for any damages caused by any irregularities
or inaccuracies regarding passports, visa or health requirements.
You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance
against cancellation, accidents, for medical cover and luggage.
9. Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings are
subject to the specific conditions of every hotel increased of a fixed duty of cancellation of 10 Euro. Passenger
name changes will incur no charges. All amendments are subject
to availability. If you do not arrive at the accommodation
on the date on which you booked to arrive, it will be applied
the previewed cancellation policy and the difference will
be credited directly to the credit/debit card of the customer,
that was used to pay for the booking. If you leave the hotel
before the previewed date of the reservation, will lose
the entire amount of the stay. The demand for cancellation
and modification must be made through the www.italylastminute.com's
web site.
10. Cancellations and amendments to confirmed service adds,
are subject to the following conditions:from 0 to 72 hours,
charges is 100%; more than 72 hours, no charges. The difference
will be credited directly to the credit/debit card of the
customer. Where it is necessary to cancel the tour, you
will be offered at least one of the following options: to
join the requested tour at an alternative time or at an
alternative date; to join an alternative tour;to receive
a full refund from Italylastminute.com.
11. Porterage and tips are not included. For services where
you have luggage with you, it is your responsibility to
ensure that a large enough vehicle is booked to accommodate
all luggage. If you bring extra luggage that cannot fit
in the vehicle, you will need to cover any additional costs
incurred in transferring your luggage.
12. For services beginning at airports, stations or ports,
it is your responsibility to ensure that you wait for your
Driver or Representative at the appointed meeting point
as detailed on your voucher.
13. Should you not be able to locate your Driver or Representative
at the start of a service, it is your responsibility to
call the relevant telephone number as shown on your Extra
Information sheet before making alternative arrangements.
14. For services beginning from accommodation, please ensure
that you are waiting at the appointed meeting point, as
shown on your voucher, at least 5 minutes prior to your
confirmed pick up time.
15. For transfers that include the services of a Driver
who speaks either the local or a foreign language, the driver
will not assist with check-in at your accommodation or at
the airport, port or station unless stated in the extended
description for that particular service.
16. All the rooms, unless otherwise specified, have private
facilities.
17. In the unlikely event that you have any complaints about
the hotel or facilities these must be raised directly with
the hotel management during your stay. Any issues that could
not be resolved satisfactorily must be notified to Italylastminute.Com
in writing or by email as soon as possible and we will abide
by the following time-scales: (1) an acknowledgement sent
within 3 working days; (2) a progress update within 10 working
days; (3) a substantive reply and conclusion within 14 working
days.
18. We encourage feedback both good and bad from our customers
in order to point out where we are doing things well and
more importantly to highlight those areas where you would
like to see improvements. All such comments are welcomed
